Dream honeymoon
"We chose Barefoot Cay for our honeymoon after only seeing their website and reading the Trip Advisor reviews. Barefoot Cay was by far the greatest vacation destination we've ever been to! From the minute we arrived and John, Milesse and Santos picked us up, to arriving at the Cay with the most delicious welcome drinks, to the day we left, we had an absolutely fantastic time.

We'd done some of our own research on things we wanted to do while in Roatan, gave this list to Mel in the office and she worked out a fantastic schedule for us, filled with fun, tourist activities and plenty of relaxation time. They have assembled a wonderful and friendly staff at the key that is there for your every need...the kitchen is by far the greatest food on the planet. We ate away from the cay a couple of times during our vacation and were always disappointed because it was never as good as the food at Barefoot (those girls are awesome!) We also had a massage by Johel while we were there and boy does she have the magic touch, by far greater than any massage I've had in the states. After meeting everyone that worked there we actually spent much of our time hanging out with them because they were so much fun and so friendly! We were so sad when we had to leave, but we will DEFINITELY be returning in the future.

Everything from the accommodations to the food was insanely reasonable and well worth every penny. I honestly can't give Barefoot enough praise because it still wouldn't be all that they deserve. We had our dream honeymoon thanks to them!"

"My husband & I spent our first 2 nights of our honeymoon on Barefoot Cay & as soon as we stepped foot on this beautiful resort we asked if our bungalow was available for another night (sadly, it wasn't). The staff was excellent - all smiles & very helpful! We couldn't get enough of the pier out to the ocean or the pool! We wanted privacy - and you get a lot of it on Barefoot Cay. I think the entire time we were there we only saw 3 other guests! The bungalow was exactly what we wanted, with the most comfortable bed I've ever slept on. We didn't leave the Cay - ate every meal on site & it was not only beautifully prepared, but absolutely delicious with great portions. We had nothing but great things to say."
