Instructor Development Training in Roatan, Honduras
The Instructor Development Course (IDC) is a two-part program made up of the Assistant Instructor (AI) course and the Open Water Scuba Instructor (OWSI) course. The IDC training course is instrumental in preparing you to shape the next generation of PADI professionals.
The course teaches you specialized counseling techniques, builds on your abilities and experiences as a diving instructor, and prepares you to teach the Assistant Instructor (AI) program. You must be a certified diver for at least six months to enroll in the IDC training course. Quite often, dive professionals will complete the entire IDC program and go on to attend an Instructor Examination (IE), which is the last step involved in earning a PADI Instructor certification.
Our IDC training is run at a relaxed pace – we believe that the learning process should be enjoyable and fun, not a stressful experience!
